We manage single-family homes and a select number of commercial properties across multiple states, offering clean, well-maintained spaces that fit a variety of needs and budgets.

We generally look for a monthly income of at least 2.5 to 3 times the rent amount. However, we evaluate each application individually and take the full picture into account.

Yes, we charge a non-refundable application fee to cover background and credit checks. The amount will be listed on the property listing or application form.

The security deposit varies by property but is typically equal to one month’s rent. In some cases, additional deposit may be required based on application results.
