  • Once your application is approved and all required documents are submitted, you could move into your new home in as little as one week. At Justice Property Management, we’re committed to making the process fast and seamless — no unnecessary delays, no hassle. Our team handles the details efficiently so you can settle in and start your next chapter with confidence.

  • At Justice Property Management, we understand that life doesn’t always go according to plan. If you’re late on rent, it’s not the end of the world — we're here to support you. We treat our residents like family and are committed to working with you to find practical solutions during difficult times. Whatever the reason, our goal is to help you stay on track and feel secure in your home.

  • We manage single-family homes and a select number of commercial properties across multiple states, offering clean, well-maintained spaces that fit a variety of needs and budgets.

  • We generally look for a monthly income of at least 2.5 to 3 times the rent amount. However, we evaluate each application individually and take the full picture into account.

  • Yes, we charge a non-refundable application fee to cover background and credit checks. The amount will be listed on the property listing or application form.

  • The security deposit varies by property but is typically equal to one month’s rent. In some cases, additional deposit may be required based on application results.

  • We do not accept Section 8 or housing vouchers at this time.
